PROFESSIONALS FOR PROJECT TECHNOLOGIES IN THE SYSTEM OF PROFESSIONAL EDUCATION

Abstract
Article is devoted to innovative approach to training of future architects. The offered technique allows to consolidate the alternative pedagogical technologies including the praktiko-oriented approach and orientation to polyprofessionalism, and also strengthening of knowledge of project management in training of the competitive specialist. Today for system of professional education there came hard time. It shall become completely open for all interested persons. In particular, employers shall come to system of secondary professional education. But for this purpose it is necessary to learn, first of all, business language, to master its conceptual framework, to understand and accept a value system of people who earn money, to adopt their system of a quality evaluation, business standards and business technologies. For the solution of this task the PROFI-inkubator project within which it was planned to develop new, meeting the requirements of employers, a format of educational practice for teachers and students was initiated. Participation in the PROFI-inkubator project allowed to see new methods of forming of general and professional powers of students.
