Abstract
Relatively recently found unpublished coins of the Bosporus. This is the king of the Bosporus stater of Reskuporis II to trim the "sword" on the obverse. But it is not the reverse emission designation. I believe that this coin was issued in the period, when the province, an emblem which was a sign of the "sword" was not subject to any other territorial-administrative unit.
