RESOURCE-SAVING TECHNOLOGIES IN CONSTRUCTION AND THEIR APPLICATION AT THE PRESENT STAGE

Abstract
The purpose of writing is to analyze the existing energy saving technologies and their application in construction. Today our country celebrates the rising cost of construction materials, in addition as in Russia, and abroad, there is gradually a shortage of a number of resources, such as timber, minerals, etc. the Best such alternative raw materials can be recycled. It was revealed that the prospects for the use of technogenic raw materials in the production of building materials from the perspective of ecology concluded in a sharp decline in production deficit of natural building materials, recycling and the implementation of the chemically strong bonds of a huge number of polluting industrial waste, freeing up valuable land alienated under tailed and sludge dump, etc. Secondary resources are widely used not only used in the industry of construction materials in road construction (they serve as an inert filler, replacing sand, rock, gravel, etc.) in Foundation engineering for the device of hydraulic dams, etc.
Sufficient interest is the use of industrial wastes in such a material the construction industry, as a device of foundations of buildings and structures.
Today is a decisive factor in increasing the efficiency of economic management and meet the increasing requirements is the development and implementation of innovative resource-saving technologies. This is the most optimal way of development of the economy, as investments for the implementation of resource-saving activities more often, several times less than the investment required to increase production, manufacture and delivery to consumers the required number of appropriate raw materials.
