EVALUATION OF ENVIRONMENTAL FACTORS INSURANCE BUSINESS IN STRATEGIC PLANNING PROCESSES

Abstract
This article examines the factors that influence the development of strategic plans for the insurance company. This aspect of the analysis of environmental factors, is an important task for the company. Since the pre-identified problems, allow for a clear strategy to develop and implement it in reality. In this paper, as an example to research the company PJSC "Rosgosstrakh". "Rosgosstrakh" - a world leader on the market in insurance. The company has the largest branch network among Russian insurers - 83 branches, 12 offices, more than 3,500 units.
One important aspect of strategic planning is to evaluate the factors of the environment. The study identified and analyzed factors (assessment of the impact). We used the PEST-analysis and analysis of expert opinion to identify the factors and assess their level of influence on the process of strategic planning of the insurance company. As a result of the analysis is to be achieved: the formation of all the key activities, the effective application of the system of multi-channel sales, marketing communications. The increase in the core business should be based in the regions where the PAO "Rosgosstrakh" spun a unique network of offices, insurance departments and agencies as well as centers and points of regulation losses. Also, during the analysis of the factors, we found that for the development of the strategic plan are necessary aspects such as marketing and development of the insurance company.
