Abstract
In managing the modern school emphasis on innovative development. The authors of the article, considering the management of innovative development through the operation of power structures on development and realization of measures aimed at improving the quality of education through the introduction of educational innovations in the field of optimization of social-pedagogical conditions of organization of educational activities, educational programs and training technologies represent problematic points in it. The article describes the indicators of innovative growth of qualitative characteristics of educational process in the national school and the reasons of the lack of implementation of the innovative capacity of domestic schools.
