WEB-BASED CRM-SYSTEM FOR BANK-BORROWERS INTERACTION

Abstract
Decision support system is developed to automate the processes of interaction of a commercial bank with customers in the process of clients lending and credit cards registration, default risk analysis and non-payment of loans. In this system, the method of credit scoring and data mining technologies is used to determine the creditworthiness of borrowers. Integrated use of modern online technologies can significantly facilitate the credit expert work. In this case we are talking about the creation of Web-based CRM-system of the bank's interaction with potential and actual borrowers.
