Abstract
In article author's development of a social algorithm of work with an innovation which represents the approved complex of stages including works on search and development, adaptation, implementation and use of innovations which consists in optimization of the specified processes, in their coordination with various structural components of social system for the purpose of increase in efficiency and effectiveness of innovative activity of industrial enterprise is provided. The publication is prepared within the supported RGNF of the scientific project No. 16-13-63003.
