Abstract
The paper discusses the main causes of conflicts arising in the process of treatment of dental patients. Describes the main psychological types of patients, private reactions and General behavior of which is the ongoing impact of the doctor compels the latter to resort to a number of supporting procedures that reduce the overall level of conflict and increase the productivity provided by their curative and restorative dental care.
