SOME PROBLEMS OF EVALUATION OF PROFESSIONAL COMPETENCES’ FORMATION FOR STUDENTS OF TECHNICAL TRAINING AREAS

Abstract
This article deals with the actual problem of higher education results’ evaluation in the implementation of the competence approach. The main difficulty in assessing the formation of professional competencies is related to the lack of methods and criteria for such an assessment. It is proposed to carry out additional voluntary attestation of graduates to assess the formation of professional competencies and issue its results for an additional annex to the diploma. The advantages of this certification for all participants in the educational process are shown.
