Abstract
This article focuses on the most important and most urgent problem, which for several years occupies one of key places in the criminal procedure law. This problem is the absence of a definition are sufficient grounds to conduct a search. The absence of this term in the criminal-procedural law create difficulties in the work of investigators in evaluating the evidence. On the basis of this work the study the article is devoted to the production of a search of a home. And revealed the most effective ways and means of solving this problem. This problem is multifaceted.
