Abstract
The article analyzes the experience of the first training of future teachers in the system of separation of pedagogical work in the framework of the strategic project of the university «Teacher of the future». Project teachers participating has developed a model of teaching students new teaching professions predmetnika (novigator / expert in the subject area), moderator, tutor and proofreader. The main attention is paid to the description of one of them - the teacher-spotter and conditions of its preparation. Formulated the problems encountered during the implementation of the project, and the problem to solve them.
