Abstract
The article discusses the development of reflective abilities in the adolescent age. The research component of the narrative image "I" at the senior teenagers showed that a significant proportion of respondents recorded a weak awareness of their resources. The high need for the creation of educational programs focused on the development of reflective abilities of students through the organization of various forms of educational and extracurricular cooperation, expanding the scope of their self-awareness and disclosure of personal potential, the development of achievement motivation and subjective qualities.
