Abstract
The article is devoted to the importance of the English language for the mechanical profession. Not all engineering students recognize the importance of learning foreign languages, but English has become firmly established in the technical area and in the future it will be very difficult for technical specialists without English. This article describes the areas in which the English language is used in the mechanical field.
