Abstract
This article provides an overview of the positive and negative components of the voluntary health insurance. The study identified the most important advantages and disadvantages when you make a policy of voluntary health insurance for the employee of the organization. Demand for this type of insurance in the Russian Federation has been steadily increasing, so the study of this issue is very important and controversial.
