Abstract
The relevance of the research topic is due to the following circumstances:
First, the fact that the legislative security of the country was and remains the cornerstone in governance
Second, at the Federal level, the legislation does not contain in its subject of legal regulation of the social relationships that develop in the interaction between the state and businesses. Economic security of business entities at the legislative level is not considered.
Thirdly, the need to address the existing problems of legal regulation of economic security of the Russian Federation as international law and national law will predict strategic directions of further improvement of legal regulation of economic security in a very negative external economic trends.
