Abstract
Relevance of studying of dangerous and emergency situations is proved it is aware of basics of life safety at the main school on the basis of problem training as necessary tools of development in students of experience of creative activity. Psychology and pedagogical and methodical bases of problem training are opened. The system studying of dangerous and emergency situations on the basis of problem training is proved and characterized. Teoretiko-metodologichesky level of system is formed by the ideas, approaches, the principles, functions opened in article. Methodical level of system is presented by a combination of target, substantial, procedural and technological and reflexive and estimated components. The attention to staging of the solution of problem situations is paid.
