Abstract
The article investigates the problems of using professionally - orientational direction in the educational institutions realising the pedagogical process with students and prospective students. Specified the relevance of the existence of professional - orientation directions in educational institutions expressed in the form of the impact of this direction on future career choice to prospective students, as well as facilitating employment on students. Defines the basic forms of vocational guidance. Identified problems of professional orientation of pupils and students. Presents the main activities implemented on the basis of higher educational institutions, to attract students, and for the implementation of the employment potential of students.
