KINETICS PHASE AND STRUCTURAL TRANSFORMATIONS OF ALLOYS BASED ON TINI OBTAINED BY SH-SYNTHESIS

Abstract
We have studied a method for producing, by self-propagating high temperature synthesis (SHS), porous and cast alloys based on nickel-titanium with different modes of cake. Using metallographic methods, X-ray diffraction, electron microprobe analysis and scanning electron microscopy analysis of structural and phase state of alloys formed during synthesis. It is found that the optimum condition for the intermetallic alloy is TiNi based preheating before the autoignition temperature of the reaction mixture.
