Abstract
The article describes the current approaches to the construction of inclusive higher education in Western Europe and the United States. It presents an analysis of the higher education models of persons with disabilities in the HIA and the leading European and American universities, as well as describes current trends in higher education inclusive. Analysis of the models in question was based on the work with the public, accessible sources.
For example, consideration of inclusive models of higher education shows the effectiveness of current approaches to psycho-pedagogical support learning in higher education of persons with disabilities and the HIA. It was found that the most effective model of support of inclusive higher education presented in the First University College London University College London (University of London), the Free University of Berlin, University of Heidelberg, University of Alaska University of Alaska Anchorage.
