FEATURES PROFESSIONAL EMOTIONAL BURNOUT AT SOCIAL TEACHERS: A COMPARATIVE CONTEXT

Abstract
The results of theoretical and empirical research of features of professional burnout among teachers of special education. It is shown that professional development is often accompanied by periods of regression, maladjustment, stagnation, crisis, deformations, and in some cases, and professional degradation of man. Emotional intensity, combined with increased responsibility of professional activity, as in our case, speech pathology, leads to irritability, overexcitement, anxiety, nervous breakdowns, forming, in the end, the indifference to what is going on with other people, first of all - abnormally developing children as well as the reduction of their personal achievements. Such a destructive state of mind has been called burnout. The results of empirical research carried out on a sample consisting of two groups of teachers, in 2016. The first group: teachers of the municipal educational institution "The main secondary school № 17" in Saratov. The second group: teachers of the State budget educational institution of the Saratov region "School for students on educational programs adapted number 2 in Saratov» (n = 40; 20, 20, respectively, between the ages of 22 to 53 years). With the use of diagnostic tools: methods of diagnostics of level of emotional burnout VV Boyko, the study of personality accentuation K. Leonhard (option C Shmisheka), diagnostic indicators and forms of aggression A. Bass and A. Darko. Established that the professional work of teachers of special (correctional) schools accompanied by the formation of emotional burnout syndrome, characterized by both quantitative and qualitative criteria from that of teachers in secondary schools. In pathologists presence of burnout syndrome characterized by the development of emotional exhaustion, depersonalization, reduction of personal achievements. The deeper and more dynamic developing this syndrome in teachers, as in the case of teachers - defectologists, the more severe, up to verbal and physical aggression is a behavior that they can demonstrate, including in working with children with disabilities.
Applied aspect of the research problem can be implemented in practice the psychological counseling services.
