Abstract
Improving the quality of education is especially topically at the present time in connection with the acceleration of technological progress. And above the all with the development of the computer and communication technologies. The technologies are much more efficiently being mastered with the younger generations, than with the older ones. A worldwide computer network and mobile communications promote the rapid accumulation and the chain dissemination of information in the society. But they don't assist to the understanding and depth of comprehension of the information and thus are in inconsistency with the spiritually-intellectual component of the society.
