THE PROSECUTOR’S OFFICE OF THE RUSSIAN FEDERATION IN THE SYSTEM OF SEPARATION OF POWERS: A THEORETICAL AND LEGAL ANALYSIS

Abstract
This article is devoted to the definition of the RF Prosecutor's Office of the place in the system of state bodies in terms of the theory of state and law. The study suggests that the Prosecutor's Office of the Russian Federation must be related to compliance and enforcement branch.
