RESEARCH OF IMPACT OF LASER RADIATION ON ION-PLASMA COVERINGS

Abstract
At the industrial enterprises, and not only at them, constantly in use there is a wear of details of cars and mechanisms. For the purpose of increase in service life, both separate details, and cars and mechanisms, use various methods of a dusting. In work influence of laser radiation on mechanical properties of multielement coverings is considered. Coverings received by an ion-plasma method at dispersion of cathodes Zn-Cu-Al, Al-Fe, Zn-Al, Zn-Cu-Al, Zr, Cu in the atmosphere of argon and nitrogen. Coverings were applied on brand 12X18H10T steel. The quantitative analysis of element structure of coverings was carried out on the scanning electronic microscope of MIRA3 TESCAN. Laser radiation was made with a research objective of a surface and possible detection of special characteristics.
