Abstract
This article focuses on issue of managing tax burden in the system of financial management. It also comprises a set of theoretical and methodological statement and practical suggestions about the optimization of tax burden because every company has to plan their expenses. The main aim of this study is to determine what indicators most of all influence tax burden.
