MULTIDISCIPLINARY TEACHING IN FINNISH SCHOOL

Abstract
This article contemplates a subject of multidisciplinary teaching in application to high school, as well as its advantages and challenges. Current education system reform in Finland, which includes introduction of multidisciplinary teaching, is discussed. Finnish education system is considered one of the best in the world, it has been studied and imitated in many other countries. Its main objective is development of abilities of every child, as well as preparation for adult life, rather than successful test results.
