THE IMPACT OF ECONOMIC SANCTIONS OF THE EUROPEAN UNION ON THE GLOBAL ECONOMY AND THE RUSSIAN ECONOMY

Abstract
The main economic sanctions connected with the Ukrainian events of 2014 are considered in the article. Their influence on different branches of Russian economics is studied. Response measures of Russia on economic relations with the EU are stated in the article. Consequences of restriction of foodstuff import to Russia are analysed from attitudes of each of the parties.The dynamics of the main economic Russian indicators is reflected; different ways of their increase and the overcoming of financial and economic crisis are offered.
