Abstract
This article examines the process of innovation and socio-economic development in the context of joint and mutually beneficial activities of public authorities and private enterprise structures in the form of PPP. Pooling resources, effort, expertise and resources of business and the public sector will give impetus to the development of the human potential of the country economy as a whole.
