Abstract
The article describes the practice and the possibility of creating the optimal conditions of studying of pedagogical disciplines, future teachers, determining the prospects of scientific and educational research as the highest stage of continuous professional education, systematically verifying the quality and specifics of personal development and social relations. Pedagogical support of a person is defined as a system variable and resource optimization opportunities development of student's personality in the model of building a culture of self-dependent living activity culture and professional development and fulfillment.
