RESERVES AND WAYS TO IMPROVE PRODUCTIVITY

Abstract
Improving productivity is a priority today. Its level is largely determined by the rate of economic growth, social welfare, access to goods and services.
However the level of productivity in modern Russia is practically not growing. The growth of labor productivity in Russia in 2013 amounted to only 1.8%. Labour productivity in a number of Russian industries in the 4-4.5 times lower than in France, Belgium, the USA and the Netherlands. This article discusses the possibility of introducing personnel evaluation method based on key performance indicators as a tool for improving productivity.
