THE WIDTH DENSITY DISTRIBUTION OF THE SILICON CARBIDE POWDERS GRINDING GRAINS

Abstract
This article is devoted to research of grinding powders grain width of black silicon carbide, obtained by sieving on test sieves according to GOST R 52381-2005. The correlation analysis of the width mean and variance with mesh size made it possible to obtain an equation for the density distribution width of grain that can be used for modeling the dimensions and shape of grains in grinding powders used in abrasive tools.
