Abstract
The article is devoted to topical issues of innovative development of territories and formation of their innovation potential. The main factors of innovative development of regions, in particular the place and role of innovative clusters, defined the role of clusters in innovative development. Confirmed the link between innovation and the level of clustering development in the region.
