Abstract
Improved credit policies governing business activities in the Russian Federation requires coherent and coordinated action by all stakeholders - financial institutions and representatives of the business community. Education sector entrepreneurship in our country took place in several stages, with its socio - cultural characteristics, patterns of behavior in different economic and political situations; the formation of the new business environment, the formation of the legislative framework governing the various issues related to business activities.
