Abstract
This article deals with modern problems of interpretation of the values of socialization of students. We analyzed the characteristics of the means and methods of socialization of the younger generation, adequate to modern conditions. To identify the value orientation of students, a study was conducted on the basis of the gymnasium №41 named Erich Kestner Primorsky district of St. Petersburg. According to the results of the study identified a number of problems of formation of valuable orientations of students of educational institutions. These include the need to develop programs vnitrifimennogo training teachers of educational institutions, the purpose of which will be the preparation of teaching staff to address these issues, as well as the need to develop specific programs of formation of valuable orientations of students.
