Abstract
The article discusses the economic justification for creating an electronic journal. Described the registration of the magazine as the media, obtaining ISSN, conclusion of the contract with scientific electronic library elibrary.ru. Estimates for the opening and promotion of electronic magazine. A study showing that the project is profitable on the second year of its existence on a paid platform.
