Abstract
In this article the author conducted a bibliographic analysis of the concept of additional education for children (AEC), designated goals and objectives of the modern organization of AEC, considered the types of such organizations, and characterized the documents that regulate the functioning of such organizations. The analysis of development problems of AEC system is carried out. The features of educational activity, weak points and achievements in the management of such organizations are marked. The development prospects of organization of additional education for children. Teaching staff considered as a key resource for the organization, so the development of the organization depends on management efficiency of teaching staff.
