AbstractThe modern phase of increase in the life expectancy of the population in Siberia began since 2003, the most significant changes – after 2005. The growth of the life expectancy varies significantly from year to year; there are singularities in urban and rural areas. The problem of reducing mortality and increasing life expectancy in the future can be solved only with the widespread practice of a healthy lifestyle, changes in the value of health on the scale of both public and personal assessment.
