Abstract
The article describes the current structure of the product categories of business organization. The author note that the widespread product category "Services" does not meet the requirements of ISO 9000-2011 limitations. The author consider it necessary to set the other four categories of products (tangible product and performance; intellectual product, recyclable materials, services). This will limit the use of services only to the immaterial sphere of activity, and such material activity as "work" to take its rightful place in the structure of the economy.
