COST MANAGEMENT IN THE ENTERPRISE OF PUBLIC CATERING

Abstract
This article reviews methods of cost management in enterprises of public catering, which can improve economic results of the company. The article also discusses the concept of costs, their classification. The theme of the article is very versatile, as the choice of method of cost management individual for each company and depends on many factors.
