THE ECONOMIC JUSTIFICATION FOR USING OF PLASMA AUTOPSY PRODUCTS OF ZIRCON AS A CHEAPER MATERIAL FOR MAKING SOLAR BATTERIES AS A METHOD OF REDUCING THE THERMAL POWER’S INFLUENCE ON THE ENVIRONMENT

Abstract
In the second half of the 20th century, mankind has realized its influence on the environment. The most harmful factors: industrial wastes, agricultural emissions, exhausted gases of motor vehicles, and the harmful emission of thermal power plants.
In recent years, it was suggested several technical solutions to implement new sources of energy, but it was never realized.
Solar radiation has always been considered one of the most promising sources of energy. The devices for using the solar energy has been created. This devices uses for convertation the solar radiation into a direct current. However, building such devices is require an expensive materials such as silicon, gallium, indium, tellurium and others.
The paper describes a method of using plasma autopsy of zircon as one of the ways through which is possible to get cheaper amorphous silicon for creating solar panels. It's presented principal chemical reactions occurring in the flow of the low temperature plasma as well as reactions necessary for further processing of silicon oxide. Also shows the results of simulation of getting products of reaction.
