Abstract
The analysis of heat and power indicators maintained residential buildings is presented, as well as the features of design and reconstruction of thermal protection of those who are approaching the transition to the category of dilapidated houses. The consideration is given to the possibilities of architectural design in improving of energy efficiency of buildings and of microclimate of the premises.
