SPECIFICS FORMATION OF LABOR POTENTIAL OF MODERN INNOVATIVE SOCIETY

Abstract
At present, the efficiency of the national economy through technological breakthrough, improving the competitiveness of domestic production and conducting a successful foreign policy is possible only if the advanced process of formation of high-quality labor potential of society.
The development of innovation, the introduction of product innovation often require innovation-oriented resources for labor. At the same time, in modern conditions the business community is increasingly considered the problem of non-compliance level of professional qualification requirements of modern production. And this negative for the economy situation is shown on the background of fairly effective innovation policy pursued by the government of the Russian Federation.
Accordingly, the changing conditions of the labor market reveals the urgent need to analyze the process of formation of labor potential, in order to follow the development of activities aimed at enhancing innovation workforce.
