Abstract
The article offers a detailed formation algorithm of Museum competences for teacher-philologist on the material of the national literary museums. Literary exposition is considered by the author as a multidimensional "hypertext" of Russian national culture, harmoniously uniting high literary education and the sacred values of the national historical and literary process.
