Abstract
This article is devoted to the research of the influence of sharpening angle of knife blade on the energy consumption of the chopping operation of leafy feed. In this article the author based upon the data obtained from the experimental research. By the results of an experimental research the author have obtained the functional dependence of the energy consumption of the chopping operation on the sharpening angle of knife blade.
