Abstract
Results of the comparative monitoring of competitiveness of the organizations of pharmaceutical branch which is carried out on the example of pharmacy chains of the Penza region are presented in article. Now the market of pharmaceutical goods is so various and saturated medicines of various foreign and domestic producers what to reach high competitiveness very difficult. Pharmacy chains which the retail shops in so-called "step availability" have succeed in it: in houses, in supermarkets, policlinics, etc. In too time medicines for most of people are vital goods price increase on which forces consumers, sensitive to the prices, to look for more favorable, from the consumer point of view, options, i.e. cheaper. As a result the price policy of the pharmaceutical organization plays not an unimportant role in increase of its competitiveness.
