AbstractIn the article distinctions between structure and methods of management of small group and large labor collective are analyzed. Circumstances of possible conflicts, methods of their decision, advantage and lacks of each method are detailed. The conclusions about necessity of constant trainings and complex system of motivation for employees are formed.
