THE USE OF A SHORT-TERM INTRAGASTRIC PH-METRY IN ULCER DISEASE

Abstract
This article is devoted to the analysis of indicators of a short-term intragastric pH-metry in 83 patients with ulcer disease. The high frequency of patients with a hyperacidity in the localization of ulcers in the duodenum and a normacidity and a hypoacidity in the localization of ulcers in the stomach is shown. A short-term intragastric pH-metry can be used for routine screening of all patients presenting gastrointestinal complaints and ulcer disease for assessment and correction of the therapy.
