THE NEED TO IMPROVE THE PRINCIPLES OF REMUNERATION OF CIVIL SERVANTS

Abstract
This article presents the results of statistical analysis of sociological survey of civil servants about the essence and importance of the principles of remuneration. Evaluation of the results of respondents in different departments were based on the Chi-square in the program SPSS.
