AbstractThe article deals with the trip of the Kazanskiy regiment to the theatre of war in winter-spring 1813 year and its participation in autumn military campaign. In the end of September regiments of the Polish army of L.L. Bennigsen started to siege fortresses on Elbe. The corps of lieutenant-general Markov (6 000 warriors) moved to Dresden together with 24 000 home guards under command of lieutenant-general P.A.
