Abstract
Article is devoted to questions of a gender gap, a segregation of women in education with emphasis on system of the higher school. In research the analysis of gender structure of teaching structure in educational institutions of various level, the analysis economic and consequences of gender gap, implementation of gender contracts of various type is submitted.
