AbstractThe paper analyzes the characteristics of the processes of centralization and decentralization in government of Ukraine, which are caused by political decisions and depend on them. Different models of the distribution of powers between the hierarchical levels in the government and described the different approaches to the separation of powers and the allocation of resources between the conflicting interests of members of the management process.
